Radon Mitigation System Warranty

1. System Performance Guarantee
   DFW RADONVOC, LLC guarantees that the installed radon mitigation system will reduce indoor radon levels to below 4.0 pCi/L, as measured by a post-installation test conducted no sooner than 24 hours and no later than 30 days after system activation. If post-mitigation test results indicate radon levels at or above 4.0 pCi/L, DFW RADONVOC, LLC will, at no additional cost, make necessary adjustments to achieve acceptable levels.
2. Equipment Warranty
   The radon fan is covered by a 3 year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions. DFW RADONVOC, LLC will coordinate replacement of any defective fan within this period, subject to manufacturer approval.
3. Workmanship Warranty
   All installation work performed by DFW RADONVOC, LLC is covered by a 1 year workmanship warranty from the date of installation. This warranty covers defects in piping, sealing, system routing, and installation quality. Repairs or corrections required due to faulty workmanship will be made at no cost to the homeowner.
